I asked for some water and was told 'no that is for attendees, you can go buy water in the gift shop.' Are you kidding me? While in the casino we were never once offered a drink and hardly ever saw a waitress wandering around taking orders - you had to go get it yourself. If you are attending a convention and you are an exhibitor, be prepared for the catering staff to treat you like a second class citizen. The rooms are okay but the beds are horribly uncomfortable. If you call the night before, be prepared for them to not deliver it at the time requested - my order was 55 minutes late and I had no time to eat breakfast before having to race down to the conference. Do not stay here! At any other hotel I have stayed at if I forgot toothpaste or a razor, all I had to do was call the front desk and would be told 'no problem we will have one brought up immediately complimentary.' Not at this hotel.if you need a razor be ready to spend $12.99 in the market! If you want room service for breakfast, make sure you call the night before or you will wait 90-120 minutes for your order. Unless you show interest in buying a timeshare, they treat you horribly. I travel on a weekly basis for work and attend many conferences a year.
